We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the last few digits of the card or the transaction reference. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password.

- Cookies and similar technologies, described in section 7.
Please share only what is needed to arrange your stay. Do not send us health records, financial statements or other sensitive documents over WhatsApp or email unless we have specifically asked for them.
3. Why we use your information
- To answer your enquiry and give you rates and availability.
- To take, confirm, change or cancel your booking, and to collect payment.
- To prepare for your arrival, including meals, dietary needs and any arrangement you have asked for.
- To meet legal obligations, including guest registration records and tax records.
- To keep the property, our guests and our team safe.
- To send you offers, seasonal packages and updates, where you have agreed to receive them.
- To understand how our website and advertising perform, so we can improve both.
4. Consent, and how to withdraw it
We collect your information with your consent, given when you submit an enquiry, make a booking or check in. Where the law requires us to keep records, such as guest registration, we keep them whether or not you continue to consent.
You may withdraw your consent to marketing messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp, using the unsubscribe link in any email, or writing to us at the address above. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew it, and it may mean we can no longer process a booking that is in progress.
5. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the following, and only as far as each needs it:
- Our booking and property management provider (Stayflexi), which runs our online booking engine and stores reservation records.
- Payment gateways, which process your payment and handle your card or UPI details directly.
- Travel platforms such as Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Booking.com and Google, when you book through them. Your information also reaches us through their own privacy policies.
- Our marketing partner, which manages our advertising and enquiry follow-up on our behalf under a confidentiality agreement.
- Advertising and analytics platforms, including Meta and Google, as described in section 7.
- Government authorities, police and regulators, where the law requires us to report or produce records.
- Professional advisers such as our accountant, where needed.
Some of these providers store data on servers outside India. Where that happens, we only use providers that commit to protecting your information to a comparable standard.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become bookings: up to [24] months, then deleted.
- Booking and guest records: as long as tax and hospitality regulations require, which is generally eight years.
- CCTV footage: [30] days, unless it is needed for an incident or an investigation.
- Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details.
7. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar tools so the site works properly and so we can measure how it is used.
We also use the Meta pixel and Google Analytics, which tell us how many people visited, which pages they viewed, and whether an advertisement led to an enquiry. These tools may show you our advertisements again on Facebook, Instagram or Google after you have visited our site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can control what advertising you see in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and in Google’s Ads Settings. Blocking cookies may stop parts of our website from working as intended.
8. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and how we have used it.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong, incomplete or out of date.
- Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required by law to keep it.
- Withdraw your consent, as described in section 4.
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.
- Raise a complaint with us, and with the Data Protection Board of India if our answer does not resolve it.
Write to the Grievance Officer below. We will acknowledge your request within [7] working days and respond within [30] days. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on a request.
9. Keeping your information secure
We limit guest records to the team members who need them, use password-protected systems, and rely on established providers for booking and payment. No system is completely secure, but if a breach occurs that affects your personal data, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
10. Children
Children are welcome at the property, but our website and booking services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from anyone under 18. A booking that includes children must be made by a parent or guardian, who provides the details and gives consent on the child’s behalf. We do not direct advertising at children.
11. Other websites
Our site links to other services, including our booking engine, WhatsApp, Google Maps and our social media pages. Once you leave our website, the privacy policy of that service applies, not this one.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top always shows the current version. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page.
13. Contact and grievances
For any question about this policy, or to exercise any of the rights in section 8, contact our Grievance Officer:
